The Jesus Organization Index is derived from the book The Jesus Organization: How Jesus Built a Mission-Driven Organization That Changed the World. It is designed for leaders, boards, and teams who want to evaluate organizational alignment with the principles demonstrated throughout the ministry of Jesus.

The assessment is not intended to evaluate salvation, theology, denomination, or spiritual maturity. It evaluates organizational effectiveness, leadership development, mission alignment, stewardship, multiplication, and succession.

Each instrument contains weighted questions across nine alignment categories. Results are presented as a weighted score, a classification tier, a radar profile, and a coaching response targeted at the lowest-scoring categories.
